Get the Benefits of a Large Consulting Firm.

Let's face it.  There are many benefits to being an independent consultant.  Independence from the corporate treadmill, higher income, and the satisfaction of using the knowledge and experience you've gained in the industry are all good examples. However, few of us anticipate the very real challenges that come with operating a small business in a highly competitive field.

Challenges

The independent consultant faces many challenges when starting up a new operation, or simply managing an existing practice, when trying to compete with larger firms on a day-to-day basis.  Here are just a few of the many issues that most of us have faced at one time or another.

  • Where do I find prospects?

  • How will I sell my services?

  • How do I price services?

  • Who are my Client references?

  • How will I develop an effective web site and marketing materials?

  • What is the best way to align myself with other qualified consulting resources?

  • How will I get the capacity to handle larger projects?

  • How do I compete with larger firms?

There are many other challenges as well, which range from developing effective proposals, contracts, billing systems, insurance coverage, etc., etc.

The Benefits of CCPro's Associate Consultant Program

CCPro is pleased to announce its innovative Associate Consultant Program, designed to give the independent consultant all of the advantages of larger, established consulting firms.   The program is designed to leverage our consulting experience, processes, systems, etc. for the benefit of others who are currently operating as independent consultants, or those who plan to pursue this rewarding career.

Simply stated, the Associate Consultant Program takes most of the risk out of establishing and/or managing an independent consulting firm.  It aggregates the collective talent of individuals around the globe and creates critical mass; leverages systems, technology, processes and materials; and provides the tools needed to compete "toe to toe" with larger, more established firms.  Our Associate Consultant Program combines the benefits of being an independent business person without losing the advantages of a larger organization.

There are many reasons to consider our new program.  Some of the key benefits are as follows:

  • Increased revenue opportunity
